The screw pump is especially suited for controlling small crimping units.
Note:
In the closed circuit, attention must be paid to: the hydraulic clamping elements must be leak-tight to the pump. Due to the potential drain and oil pressure (1%, at 140 bar), only 70% of the total volume is used. The lack of saturation is significantly increased due to the air in the opaque. Therefore, there should be no air in the hydraulic system. The air bolt in the highest position is necessary. When the spindle is inserted back into place, the pump must be filled with oil. There should not be any air bubble that can not be removed. Target control can only be achieved by using a pressure gauge. The electric pressure sensor allows you to monitor the pressure. Do not use pressure limiting valve. The spike can be adjusted with a torque wrench. But any pressure should still be checked with the meter. The mounting version must also be checked.
