"ATC Baltic", traditionally took part in the annual expo "Techindustry 2016" in Riga, Latvia. This expo is the biggest expo in the Baltic countries when it comes to mechanical engineering, metalwork, automation and electronics.
"ATC Baltic" in the expo demonstrated: OTC Daihen manual welding equipment, OTC Daihen manual welding equipment, AMF various clamps, ATLAS COPCO assembly tools, ESTA filtration equipment, INELCO GRINDERS tungsten electrode grinders.
OTC Daihen manual welding equipment: We presented MIG/MAG machines P500L and P320E, TIG machine DA300P. P500L machines sets itself apart from others with its quick and efficient ability to weld steel, stainless steel and aluminum. This machine also has a function called "Low spatter". With it, the amount of spatter is greatly reduced allowing to save preparation time and materials. P320E is the economical version when we are talking about welding machines. It doesn't have as many functions as does P500L, but it is smaller and more economical. TIG DA300P is an AC/DC machine. which has AC+DC hybrid pulse mode. Using it the words "high quality" and "ease of use" is redefined.
OTC Daihen robotic welding equipment: We introduced the newest FB series OTC Daihen welding robots capabilities. We showed off the "Low Spatter" mode with special synergistic arc characteristics.
In the demonstration we also showed "Touch sensor" capabilities, together with SCHMALZ vacuum grippers. Robot takes the part with the gripper, measures its position and, if there is a need, he fixes the welding program on its own. Thanks to the touch sensor you can save a lot of effort and time for exact part positioning.
ESTA: ESTA is our newest partners, whose specialty is filtration and extraction systems and equipment for welding and grinding. In the expo we showed of their extraction table (for welding and grinding) and mobile filter DUSTOMAT 4. DUSTOMAT 4 sets itself apart from other filters with its power and energy, while maintaining mobility.
AMF: AMF is the leading manufacturer of clamps, tools and lock in the Europe. In the expo we showed their manual toggle clamps, Zero-point systems, standard clamping tools for CNC machines, marking tools, vacuum clamps. Thanks to the experience acquired through out many years, AMF is able to stand out with its comfortability, ergonomics and variety.
ATLAS COPCO: ATLAS COPCO is a company which has wide variety of products and services, beginning with air compressors, vacuum systems, air preparation equipment, ending with electric and pneumatic tools, assembly, building and digging equipment. In the expo we demonstrated their assembly tools, which excelled in its efficiency, protection and ergonomics.
INELCO GRINDERS A/S: INELCO GRINDERS manufactures tungsten electrode grinders. We brought Neutrix and Ultima-Tig grinders. Neutrix is portable grinder, so it is especially useful in situation, where you constantly need to change your work station. Ultima-Tig is a stationary grinder capable of grinding electrodes at an accurate angle, without polluting the nature.
