New models of robot manipulators

OTC DAIHEN is presenting a new models of robots like: NV8L, NB6L, NV25 NV8. These robots are new generation of previous robots manipulators NV6L, NB4L, NV6L and NV20. These robots has better technical characteristics then previous model robots.

NV8L robot manipulator

This robot from previous robot (NV6L) has a stronger structure,  maximum payload has been increased by 30%, up to 8 kg, enabling the use of variety of touches and sensors. It is also good for handling and application. It is design to has slim design, slimmed lower arm and reduced rotating radius. Avoiding the interference with jigs or workpiece. With build-in new higher power motors all tasks will be made much quicker. Due to the industry's fastest speedy, cycle times are reduced by 5 %. This robot model are more user-friendly to operate it. All cables required for synchro-feed welding are also build in the lower arm. Avoiding the interference behind the arm.

NB6L robot manipulator

NB6L robot manipulator has a stronger structure,  maximum payload is 6 kg, can be equipped with various touches and sensors. This robot is also good for handling and application. Has slim wrist axis that decrease cross-sectional area by 16 %. Also slim build-in motors avoid interference with jigs or workpiece. From previous version of this robot it has increased axial speed by 5% that decrease whole cycle time. This robot model are more user-friendly to operate it. All cables required for synchro-feed welding are also build into the robot.

NV25 robot manipulator

NV25 is the successor to NV20 robot manipulator. This robot is more robust, splash-proof and dust-proof design equivalent to IP64 enclosure rating. Stronger structure allows the maximum payload increase by 25% up to 25 kg from 20 kg. Expands support for various handling applications. Due to the industry's fastest speeds, cycle times are reduced.  This robot model are more user-friendly to operate it. Integrated signal cables and air hoses to accommodate a variety of end effectors.

NV8 robot manipulator

NV6 was a previously version of NV8 robot. From previously robot its payload increased 1,3 times to 8 kg. Diverse sensors can be installed and it accommodates AI. Speed of all axes upped (maximum 15%). Gihhest speed specs in the industry realized with shorter tact time. It has 5% slimmer lower arm realized. Accommodates high density installations. Weight reduction 3% to 140 kg realized. With suspension or wall mount systems, equipment installation cost is reduced. This robot all cables, except the conduit and one wire power able, and air hose are build-in arm or robot, and assorted advanced tools accommodated. Corresponds to IP54 and is dust-proof and rainproof.  It's ideal for high end welding such as synchro-feed. The cable behind the arm is gone decreasing interference. The back interference area is reduced about 30% The spacing between robot is reduced about 20% enabling high density installations. Contributes to reducing line length.

In conclusion

All new robot manipulators are updated versions of previously models, by decreasing its mass, increasing payload and cycle speed. This allows robots contain some better specifications then them previously models and become best in them categories.  These robots are best solution for welding systems and welding exercises.
