Eases the strain on filters in the case of very large dust volumes.
The stationery cyclonic pre-separators are installed upstream of the actual filter unit and work to pre-separate dry and free-flowing dusts. Medium-sized and coarse dust particles are separated in advance so that only fine dusts are left to be filtered. This lowers the operating costs of the entire extraction system. Cyclonic pre-separators achieve filtration efficiency of more than 90% with medium grain sizes of at least 150 microns.
